Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Graduation: BCA or B.Sc in one of the following streams:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Physics
- Electronics
Academic Performance:
- 10th & 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per university norms)
Year of Passing:
- 2024 and 2025 graduates only
Additional Criteria
- Core Mathematics must be a subject in graduation
(Business Math & Applied Math are not accepted) - Only 1 active backlog allowed at the time of assessment
- No gaps allowed during graduation (3-year continuous program)
- Up to 3 years of gap between 10th and graduation commencement is allowed
- Open school/distance learning is accepted for 10th & 12th only
- Minimum age: 18 years at the time of registration
- Only Indian citizens, PIO/OCI, Bhutanese & Nepalese citizens (with certificate) can apply
Wipro WILP 2025 – Selection Process
Round 1: Online Assessment (Total duration: 80 minutes)
- Verbal Ability: 20 mins (20 questions)
- Analytical Ability: 20 mins (20 questions)
- Quantitative Ability: 20 mins (20 questions)
- Written Communication Test: 20 mins
Round 2: Voice Assessment
- Communication & verbal interaction test
Round 3: Business Discussion
- Final HR/Managerial Interview
Service Agreement
- Selected candidates must sign a 60-month (5-year) service agreement.
- In case of early exit, repayment of joining bonus will be on a pro-rata basis.
