Specialist Grade III (Cardiology)
Essential Qualifications | – Recognized MBBS degree qualification.<br>- Post-Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or super specialty mentioned in Section A Schedule VI of CHS Rules from a recognized Teaching Institute (e.g., Doctorate of Medicine in Cardiology or Diplomate National Board in Cardiology). |
Experience | Three years’ experience in the concerned Speciality or Super-Speciality after obtaining the first Post-Graduate degree. |
Specialist Grade III (Nephrology)
Essential Qualifications | – Recognized MBBS degree qualification.<br>- Post-Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or super specialty mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI of CHS Rules (e.g., Doctorate of Medicine in Nephrology) or Diplomate National Board in Nephrology. |
Experience | Three years’ experience in the concerned Speciality or Super-Speciality after obtaining the first Post-Graduate degree. |
Specialist Grade III (Neuro-Surgery)
Essential Qualifications | – Recognized MBBS degree qualification.<br>- Post-Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super Specialty mentioned in Section A in Schedule VI of CHS Rules from recognized Teaching Institute (e.g., Magister Chirurguie in Neuro Surgery) or Diplomate National Board in Neuro Surgery. |

Specialist Grade III (Tuberculosis & Respiratory Medicine)
Essential Qualifications | – Recognized MBBS degree qualification.<br>- Post-graduate Degree or Diploma in the concerned Speciality of Super-speciality mentioned in Section-A or Section-B in Schedule VI of CHS rules (e.g., Doctor of Medicine in Tuberculosis) or Diplomate National Board in Tuberculosis. |
Experience | Three years’ experience in the concerned Speciality or super-speciality after obtaining the first Post-graduate degree or five years’ experience after obtaining the Post-graduate Diploma. |
Scientist ‘B’ (Civil Engineering)
Essential Qualifications | – Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute.<br>- Note: The Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified. |
Experience | Having at least three years research experience in Civil Engineering related to Hydraulics, Coastal and Harbor, Water Resources, Geotechnical. |
