- Achieved at least 3rd position in World Cup (Junior/Youth/Senior)

- Passed 12th (#2 stage) OR its Equivalent Examination OR Passed Matriculation plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship OR Passed Matriculation plus ITI approved by NCVT/SCVT. OR Passed 10th from a recognized Board may also be eligible to be posted as Tech-III.

To be eligible for Level 3/2, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:
