- Senior Counselor: Applicants should have a professional degree or diploma in Psychology, Psychiatry, or Neurosciences, with a background in the health sector and at least 3 years of experience working in government or non-government health projects at the district level. Like other positions, this role requires 24/7 availability in 3 shifts and local community residency.
- IT Admin: Candidates must hold a graduate degree in Computers or IT, proficiency in both Tamil and English, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, process documentation, and web-based reporting formats.
